Process Of Delivery

1. All orders will be sent out during weekday except during public holiday via trusted and reliable courier service
2. You will receive tracking number from us via sms/email/Facebook massages
3. Order will be sent out on the same day if the sales order payment is received prior to 12p.m. depending on transaction load. 
4. To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide the correct/detail address, city, state and country
5. For inter-bank payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days

Local Shipping Services

We will provide either POS LAJU Malaysia or SKYNET to deliver your item. Customer cannot decide on shipping service unless by company concern. Our delivery charges are fixed / F.O.C for both couriers.

Stock Return Policy

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.

• Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
• Item return must reach our premises within 3 working day from date of informing us
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
• Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Return Details
Email:	(e.g. abc@gmail.com)
Sales Order Number:	(the order number for the item that you want to send back)
Reason:	(e.g. stain item/button missing)
Tracking Number:	(your courier company tracking number)
Replacement Item:	(tell us the item that you want to replace e.g. EB8801)

Important Notes

• The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Muslimah Trend Collections provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item
• Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and colour only
• If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or colour as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
• If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer’s  Muslimah Trend Collections account for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed
• Muslimah Trend Collections reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy

Returnable/Exchangeable Section

• Items that are terribly damage or stained
• If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, colour differs slightly from the pictures shown online
• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
• Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
• Sold Out items are not available for exchange
